Role Description:

** Assist with daily shift operations and staff coordination
** Maintain service quality and resolve guest concerns
** Help manage inventory, cash ups, and basic reporting
** Support compliance with hygiene and safety standards
** Contribute to team development, training, and morale

Role Requirements:

** Comfortable speaking English
** 1-3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
** Reliable, customer-focused, and team-oriented person
** Strong communication and people management
** Problem-solving and multitasking in fast-paced settings
** Basic knowledge of POS and stock systems
