** Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
** Confidence using POS systems and handling payments
** Knowledge of basic hygiene and service standards
** People-first attitude and active listening
** Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
** Flexible schedule and positive energy
** Team spirit and calm under pressure
** Well-groomed appearance
