Role Description:

** Prepare and cook food items with care and accuracy
** Support with prep work (filleting, chopping, portioning)
** Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen space
** Operate and clean kitchen equipment and tools
** Assist in dishwashing and station cleanliness
** Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow

Role Requirements:

** Comfortable speaking English
** Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred
** Comfortable with physical tasks and fast-paced work
** Willingness to learn and follow kitchen protocols
** Basic cooking and prep techniques
** Kitchen hygiene and food safety awareness
** Teamwork, speed, and stamina
** Reliability and attention to detail
