Join us! - we are looking for motivated Armenian-speaking and Azerbaijani-speaking applicants to take over the position of Database administrator with the responsibility for relevant Caucasus countries: Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Key accountabilities:

** Regularly merge and update customer records to maintain a unified and accurate customer base across distributors.
** Generate unique code for merged customers and maintain the process for data relevancy.
** Regularly conduct reconciliation between distributors` customers` attributes to ensure that segmentation is aligned with requirements.
** Communicate with distributors to ensure data correctness and reflect required changes in the system.
** Register new customers in the system.
** Validate transferred data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with source systems.
** Identify and address discrepancies to maintain the integrity and reliability of the data.
** Cooperate and rise unresolved issues with IT Team.
** Ensure all product-related data, such as description, specifications in different languages are accurate and consistent.
** Ensure correct product mapping with distributors` product databases.
** Collaborate with Master Data Department to reflect required changes

Candidate profile:

** Higher education, preferably in technical or related field
** Working experience in customer data management, database maintenance, or a similar role.
** Fluent in English; Armenian or Azerbaijani languages
** MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel
** Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
** Good communication skills for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
