Customer Relations Specialist
At Kia Georgia, we are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist who will drive sales performance while owning the customer journey across the sales process, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
This strategic role connects sales results with customer experience, using data and direct engagement to build loyalty and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
** Take full ownership of the customer journey from first contact to aftersales handover.
** Use CRM data daily to prioritize leads, support sales teams, and increase sales efficiency.
** Own the performance of the customer pipeline within CRM, ensuring every lead, interaction, and follow-up is properly managed and converted
** Ensure consistent, high-quality interactions at all touchpoints.
** Manage sales performance across retail and corporate clients, using insights and customer engagement to drive growth and loyalty.
** Monitor, analyze, and act on customer satisfaction (CSI), feedback, and NPS.
** Support customers through complex situations, ensuring transparent communication and positive outcomes.
** Identify missed opportunities in the customer journey and proactively fix gaps impacting sales and experience
** Execute targeted customer campaigns (calls, messages, offers) based on segmentation and behavior
** Support campaigns, pricing, and promotions to enhance both sales and customer experience.
** Execute sales plans aligned with brand and market strategy.
** Ensure high-quality CRM data accuracy and maintenance.
** Analyze customer behavior, retention, and repeat purchase trends.
** Prepare reports and insights for management.
** Use data to implement initiatives that improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
** Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
** Ensure alignment with KIA HQ standards, audit requirements, and brand guidelines.
** Drive process improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master`s is a plus).
** Strong understanding of customer experience, journey mapping, and relationship management.
** Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in automotive or premium retail.
** Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
** Experience with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms.
** Ability to balance sales targets with customer satisfaction goals.
** Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
** Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
