We are looking for Cost Estimator (MEP)

Responsibilities:

** To Plan a budget and ensures cost-effective operations for a project or a company`s overall business model.
­** ­To be responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, which also entails preparing cost estimates for tenders and contract administration;
­** ­ Fill in BOQ based on particular project requirements;
­** ­To check material technical data based on project design requirements;
** ­To prepare and submit monthly IPC to main contractor upon agreed/signed procedures. To check IPC received from sub-contractor company;
­** To check and analyze particular completion and compare actual figures, data to those of initial signed BOQ;
** ­ Communicate with projects dedicated authorities (engineers, architects etc.) to get relevant technical and financial information;
** ­To check all material and labor prices and analyze based on local/international market research. To file and maintain relevant analytical database. To conduct feasibility studies and procurement reports;
** ­To prepare periodical project implementation reports upon agreed procedures with PM.

Requirements:

** ­ Bachelor`s degree (Preferable financial and technical background)
** ­ 3 + years` experience of professional experience as cost manager
** ­ Expirience in consrruction activities (MEP)
** ­ English.
