Requirements:

** High School Diploma required
** Experience at working on stage or in front of camera is preferred.
** Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel functions
** Organizational skills and high attention to detail
** Excellent time management
** Ability to work independently or as part of a team
** Sense of urgency
** Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems under pressure
** Excellent multitasking skills and ability to set clear priorities
** Customer oriented approach and excellent communication skills
** Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge on internal systems (Trello, Google Cloud products)

Main aim of your work is:

** Finding out the motivation of your trainees.
** Providing a training course that must be engaging.
** Leading by example and inspiring your trainees with your professionalism and personality.
** Always providing constructive feedback with some tips on improving the performance.
