We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Bakery Cook.

Duty Station: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Type of Appointment: Full-time.
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Scope:

A Bakery Cook is responsible for preparing pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.

Duties & Responsibilities:

** Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and hotel standards.
** Ensure high quality, consistency, and freshness in all baked items.
** Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bakery workstation following hygiene and food safety guidelines.
** Assist with dough preparation, proofing, shaping, and baking daily.
** Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with receiving and proper storage of bakery supplies.
** Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth daily operations and special events.

Requirements:

** Vocational education in the field of bakery or culinary arts (will be considered an advantage);
** Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar bakery position;
** Advanced knowledge of traditional bread and pastry baking techniques;
** Attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for baking;
** Strong teamwork and communication skills.
