Legal Counsel (Private Clients / International Private Law) REVERA is an international law firm advising clients across multiple jurisdictions. We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Private Clients practice in Tbilisi and work on cross-border matters involving European jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

** Advising individuals on international private law matters in cooperation with foreign colleagues
** Supporting cross-border projects, primarily involving European jurisdictions
** Legal research and preparation of legal opinions and memoranda
** Managing projects and coordinating with international partners

Practice Areas:

** Migration (citizenship and residence permits)
** Real estate transactions (purchase and sale, lease agreements)
** Personal taxation (tax residency, double tax treaties)
** Marriage contracts and inheritance matters
** Participation in marketing activities (preparing written publications, speaking at Profile seminars and conferences)

Requirements:

** Completed higher legal education
** At least 2 years of relevant legal experience
** Fluent Russian and English (both written and spoken, as both languages are used in daily work)
** Strong legal research and project management skills
** Experience in preparing legal opinions

Key Skills:

** Ability to work with large volumes of information
** English - B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
** Russian - B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

Work Conditions:

** Location: Tbilisi
** Office-based position with the possibility of 1 remote working day per week
** Workation option — up to 4 weeks per year
