Legal Counsel (Arbitration & IT Disputes Practice)

REVERA is an international law firm supporting technology-driven projects across multiple jurisdictions. We are expanding our team and looking for a lawyer with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic tech environment and work with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

** Drafting letters of claim regarding infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
** Legal analysis of disputes between IT companies; preparing legal opinions and memoranda on dispute resolution prospects and potential strategies
** Drafting procedural documents for international commercial arbitration proceedings
** Preparing UDRP complaints in domain name disputes involving trademark infringement
** Submitting DMCA takedown notices on digital distribution platforms (Google Play Market, Apple App Store, Steam, Nintendo Store)
** Drafting and reviewing IT-related agreements (software development agreements, license agreements, and others)
** Preparing End-User License Agreements (EULA) and Privacy Policies for gamedev companies
** Advising on legal aspects of artificial intelligence use
** Supporting IT, gamedev, and technology projects
** Communicating with international clients and colleagues

Requirements:

** 1-3 years of relevant legal experience
** Experience in IT or gamedev companies, or supporting IT projects, is preferred
** English level B2 or higher (French, Polish, or German would be a plus)
** Strong legal drafting skills and ability to work independently
** Genuine interest in gamedev, AI, and technology
** High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to grow professionally
