Pregnance Care Coordinator

Working Conditions:

** Location: Tbilisi, Sairme Street;
** Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00;
** Compensation: Fixed salary + bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

** Introduction to relevant programs and patients (intended parents, surrogate mothers) and verification of required documentation;
** Ongoing communication with patients (intended parents, surrogate mothers), doctors, and the medical coordinator throughout the pregnancy period;
** Monitoring and supervision of pregnancy based on the physician`s instructions;
** Providing care and support to pregnant surrogate mothers, including immediate response to phone calls and assistance with administrative and financial matters in emergency situations;
** Active communication with intended parents and providing them with comprehensive information about medical processes and stages;
** Preparation of relevant documentation in accordance with the process timeline and deadlines, as well as administration of financial matters and coordination with the accounting department;
** Periodic reporting on process progress and results to the direct supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

** Fluent in English (spoken and written);
** Previous experience in a similar position related to maternity care is highly desirable;
** Higher education, preferably in healthcare or medicine;
** Strong communication and negotiation skills;
** Organizational skills and attention to detail;
** Ability to work effectively in a team;
** High sense of responsibility.
