The role: Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how IMM is perceived, experienced and remembered. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for building and developing the IMM brand from the inside out - ensuring consistency, clarity and emotional connection across every touchpoint.

This is a key position in the organization, where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution. You`ll work closely with leadership, marketing, operations and external partners to ensure the brand reflects IMM`s values, vision and standards from day one.

What you`ll do:

** Develop and own the overall brand strategy in line with IMM`s business and commercial goals;
** Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels, platforms and physical touchpoints;
** Translate IMM`s vision, values and positioning into clear brand narratives and messaging;
** Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director on go-to-market initiatives, campaigns and launches;
** Work with marketing, design, digital and content teams to bring brand ideas to life;
** Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence across internal and external communications;
** Monitor brand performance, perception and market positioning, identifying opportunities for growth;
** Act as a brand guardian, ensuring excellence, quality and emotional resonance in execution.

What we`re looking for:

** At least 2 years experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar brand-focused role;
** Previous work experience in the medical and/or hospitality industries will be considered an advantage;
** Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset;
** Experience working in fast-growing, dynamic or startup-like environments;
** Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong sense of brand aesthetics;
** High ownership, accountability and attention to detail;
** Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders;
** Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine passion for building meaningful brands.
