The role: Chief Quality Officer

The Chief Quality Officer (CQO) ensures that all medical, operational and administrative processes at IMM operate in line with the highest standards of safety, efficiency and patient experience.

This is a key position in the organization, where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution. You`ll work closely with leadership, marketing, operations and external partners to ensure the brand reflects IMM`s values, vision and standards from day one.

What you`ll do:

** Develop and implement the overall quality strategy across the organization;
** Define and introduce quality standards for both clinical and non-clinical processes;
** Build and continuously strengthen a culture of patient safety;
** Lead internal audits, assessments and quality monitoring systems;
** Oversee patient experience management, including feedback analysis and service improvement initiatives;
** Identify, assess and manage clinical and operational risks;
** Supervise infection prevention and control protocols;
** Lead preparation for and ensure compliance with international accreditations (JCI, ISO);
** Develop KPIs, quality indicators and monitoring frameworks;
** Organize and deliver staff training on quality standards and safety protocols;
** Maintain continuous coordination with all departments;
** Manage incident reporting, analysis and implementation of preventive systems;
** Lead continuous improvement and optimization projects across the organization.

What we`re looking for:

** Education in Healthcare Management, Medicine, Patient Safety or a related field;
** Proven experience in quality management within the healthcare sector;
** Hands-on experience with JCI, ISO or other international accreditation processes;
** Strong knowledge of clinical safety, epidemiology, risk management and quality standards;
** Fluent in English;
** Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills;
** Strong communication and process management capabilities;
** Experience working in fast-growing, dynamic or startup-like environments;
** High ownership, accountability and attention to detail;
** Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders;
** Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine passion for building meaningful brands.
