Currently, have an opportunity for an Customer Support Specialist.

Responsibilities include:

** Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via chat
** Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
** Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
** Monitor customer complaints reach out to provide assistance
** Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
** Inform customers about new features and functionalities
** Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
** Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
** Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Skills & Competencies:

** On-line experience in Support/Customer Services
** Experience in assisting customers via email, phone, and/or chat will be an advantage
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
** Clear thinking and problem-solving
** Previous experience in iGaming or a keen interest in sports or casino games will be counted as an advantage. 
** Must be flexible towards work schedules (mornings, evenings, nights)
