We`re Hiring: Project Manager - Logistics Solutions

Are you passionate about leading impactful logistics projects and delivering innovative solutions?
We`re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Tbilisi and drive the successful implementation of new client integrations and improvement initiatives across our logistics operations.

What You`ll Do:

** Lead end-to-end project delivery for new business and process improvement initiatives
** Coordinate cross-functional teams across ocean, air, road, and warehousing services
** Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication strategies
** Conduct regular team and client updates, prepare presentations for steering committees
** Design and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); train internal and external stakeholders
** Support continuous improvement and drive value through operational innovation

What You Bring:

** 3-5 years in freight forwarding or logistics, including 1+ year in operations (FCL, LCL, Air, Road)
** Experience with project management in a logistics or supply chain environment
** Fluent in English (verbal and written); Russian is a strong plus
** Proficiency in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
** A collaborative, client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Bonus Points For:

** Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma project methodologies
** Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
