Freight Operations Executive

Aramex Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Freight Operations Executive.

Duties:

** Review Quotation to determine details required (documentation and etc.)
** Communicating with vendors and requesting pricing for products required
** Requesting Quotation, finalizing and sharing with the Team
** Communicating directly with team, vendor for projects
** Updating records for each project quoted, analyzing, reporting

Qualification requirements:

** Knowledge of English language at B2 level;
** Knowledge of computer programs (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
** Experience working in a transport company is desirable.

** High sense of responsibility;
** Ability to work both independently and in a group;
** Analytical and logical thinking ability;
** Ability to manage problematic situations.

Working schedule: full time (from 10:00AM to 18:00PM)
Place of work: Tbilisi, Ketevan Dedofali N59
Salary range: 1500-2000 Net (GEL)
